Diamond JG looking to join 5s team

Looking to join a 5s team with plat 3 to diamond players. I main jungle, but can also mid lane. Of course, I have a mic and chat programs. I can not currently commit to a set schedule, but I am online every day for at least 3-4 hours so I am very active. I have been playing since season 1. Experienced in shot calling. My champ pool is very large, but I will list some of my top picks for both roles below.

Jungle: Elise, Jarvan, Amumu, Vi, Khaz, Wukong, Nocturne

Mid: Orianna, Anivia, Ziggs, Zed, Jayce, Morgana, Syndra
