Diamond Jg/Mid looking to join 5s team

Looking for an ACTIVE team of plat/diam players that will play more than just 5 games. I want a team that will learn to play with each other, and climb the ladder. I am comfortable playing jg or mid. My champion pool is extremely large, I've been around since season 1. I tend to stick around the meta picks, simply because they're strong. I'll post current top champs below.
