Diamond Jg/Mid looking to join 5s team

Looking for a semi serious team of high plat/diamond players that wants to play more than 5 games. I'd like to learn to play together and build teamwork. I want to climb the ladder, that means wins and losses.

About me:

Been playing since season 1. Diamond 5 last season with only 46 wins, because I can't stand solo queue. I'm much more interested in 5s. I have a lot of game knowledge. I buy lots of wards. I'm also experienced in early/mid game shot calling. Of course, I have a headset and several chat programs. I have a part time job, but I play every day of the week for at LEAST 3 or 4 hours.

Top 5 Jungle: Jarvan, Vi, Wukong, Elise, Lee Sin

Top 5 Mid: Orianna, Zed, Anivia, Ziggs, Jayce
