Diamond looking for a 5s team

I've been playing league since season 1. I've been Diamond for a few seasons but I hate solo queue so i usually get to 4 or 5 and quit climbing. I'd much rather play ranked 5s and experience true teamwork. I am comfortable playing any of the three roles mentioned in the title. I can play almost any champion on the game confidently. I will list a top picks pool below. I'm looking for a team with plat+ players only please. I can also be a sub for a team. I'm available most week days during the afternoon and evening, eastern time.

i can join im gold 4 trying to get high but dont have to team to back up my game can talk on all chats and i main adc/mid have all champs add me
