League Patch Surveys

I like how Riot just got rid of patch surveys after about midway through last season (roughly). A place where players could voice their grievances to the company without having to use the boards. I suppose it is possible that not enough people were using the feature but it should be brought back and advertised and utilized in order to improve the game.
