Riot. Pause w/e you're doing right now, and start finishing the champion's rework

Tried making work, but it just seems impossible. He has not much teamfighting abilities, compared to a getting his free Spin-to-Win teamfighting AoE knock-up.

Riot, other old champion is at stake here. Okay, I'm glad that Ashe's & Ryze's(?) reworks went through successfully, but other champs are in more dire need for a proper teamfighting kits in them , and some numbers that actually makes some sense & some more actions needed .
