How come Yellow Jacket and Frozen Shen aren't available?
I mean, Mortal Kombat X came out recently. Those skins should be available to celebrate the release of MKX.

No, there are a lot of older skins that have been retired/declared Legacy skins. Frozen and Yellow Jacket are two of those.
