The problem with Riot going back on their mistakes... about Yorick

Everyone knows the situation with Dynamic Queue and the lack of solo queue at the moment. Some say that Riot should just admit that they made a mistake, revert their problem, and move on. That's impossible for them; they did do that one time before. At that turned out horrible.

Yorick was released in 2011. He was abandoned in 2012. That was 4 YEARS AGO. This was the one time that Riot admitted that they messed up with something, and just look at how insanely bad they abandoned that. Their excuse was that he was "unfun to lane against". HUH? And there's nothing wrong at all with Ahri Fizz Zed Blitzcrank Leblanc Darius Yasuo and many more? They could've easily give Yorick a small kit upgrade that made him more fun to play and lane against in the juggernaut update, but no, riot made a mistake so they felt that they could just pretend it never happened. I know that he's getting a new champion update after Ryze (who doesn't even need it anywhere near as much as yorick, but ok), but this could be in up to a year's time, maybe even more. I mean, his ghouls don't even apply mastery effects :/
