You have a 64% winrate, your mmr is way higher than gold 5, most of your teammates have good winrates meaning they will climb up.
Their plat 5 players have a 50% winrate or less, so they are either at the right place or worse than their actual grade.
To be honnest Riot should remove divisions and tiers and only give us the MMR then everybody would be like "omg every single game was fair wtf". While still being matched with the same teammates as before.
