Honor should promote positivity more, suggestion to add message to people honored.

I think nothing can be more gratifying that receiving a message that you got honored at the end of the game, containing a message from a player who appreciates your gameplay in such a way they deem honorable. I hope you consider this in the honor update that was mentioned in the video by New001.

I also recognize this is another option for personal harassment, which I believe is incredibly cruel and inexcusable, and in reflection there should be counter measures against such actions. Perhaps they could be monitored, or perhaps looking at the message is optional, or players the receiver reported retaliates though this system, the message will not be received and will be reviewed.

Either way, I want to increase positivity in League of Legends, kindness costs us nothing, but has more value than gold.
