Hey guys,
Since Riot implemented jungle timers into League, would programs for skins like MK LOL still be bannable? Riot has stated that programs that give you a competitive advantage are not allowed, but what about for skins?

No, it is not legal
Can confirm that using MKLOL or MKJOGO may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or a permanent suspension. Don't use it :p
How about you install and play the base game? No liability there at all.
Someone just earlier this week posted about getting banned for using that program.
Yes, its legal. They won't ban you because only YOU can see the skin being applied, no one else on your team can see it. Only visible to you.
Just disable the other options like ward skins, cursor skins, replays, custom chat commands, jungle timers. Riot says its okay, it doesn't violate the game in any way.
