Attack Move or Point and Click?

I've seen many players say AM has changed their life completely, but honestly I feel like there are so many things that can cause it to mess up. Like if a creep gets in the way, or a ward gets dropped, or monster agro and whatnot.

Personally, I use PnC mainly because it's what I have been using since the dawn of time and it's just natural. I can kite efficiently and do well in pressured situations. Only pro player I know that primarily use PnC is Doublelift.

What do you think? Are there more pros out there that use PnC besides Dlift? What are the pros and cons of both?

You use attack move the same way you use PnC, the only difference is when you "miss that click" you don't dive into your opponent, you stop and attack that ward or minion or champ, whatever is closest. The only time I use attack move the way you are describing is if I'm kiting away from a champion when there is nothing else around that would otherwise be 'auto' locked onto if it were closer. Othwerise, I use attack move all the time, but exactly like a PnC.

The way you are describing it is you are using it "free hand", clicking on a location and letting it attack willingly, do not use it like this unless it is you and 1 target. use it like PnC and you will love the positioning "safety net" it provides.
