For all you veteran players, or those who are just starting out, or anyone in between, what brought you to League and made you actually want to play the game? Or even keep playing the game?
For me it was the lore, my first experience ever with League was watching my brother play, and then reading Lee Sin's story and then playing Swain on the old TT and telling my brother how I liked him cause "Bird is the word".

At first I thought it was insanely stupid, but I kept trying because I wanted to win and eventually got hooked. I got more interested as I started seeing all these unique champions. Koggy was the first champ I bought. Ill never forget that day, when I saw a kog with max attack speed just destroying a whole team. Good memories...but that all stopped when Lux was released. Then the real fun began >:D

Carrie Pigeon2 votesFreshman year there was this german exchange student who would always talk about this game where you could run through a jungle, slay creatures, had a lot of different characters including things such as frost birds, an undead Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a rat that can go invisible. After hearing him talking about it daily i was really just annoyed about it and didn't want to get sucked in. Two years later it came to mind installed the game and fell in love with it.

Think it was around when jinx was released because the i remember the "get jinxed" video being on the main login o.O
Alas, online gives chances to meet new people and make new friends every day, mabey someday ill have some real friends! 
but the lore and how much work riot puts into the game has had me hooked for a while.

Lol they were a little tooooo competitive for me, but i think i helped them get their first pentakill and they gave me my pentakill mordekaiser skin lol, was some fun times but sucks that issues had to happen lol

Silly Neeko1 votesOuch lol, super smash bros is fun sure, but i wouldnt be able to play it for as long as i play league lol, only thing that sucks, which is also kinda nice, is the game length...... Ive had 1 hour 20 minute games before lol, intense battles where just the supports are left standing xD but to each their own, as long as they are happy, thats all that matters :p
Medúsa2 votesback when i was in grade 7 or 8 12/13 years old, 19 now, me and my step brother seen an ad and downloaded it, back then i had a crappy netbook and i rememver playing the bots, i loved volibear, then i quit the game because well we were young and knew nothing, somehow in season 4 i thought of this game again so i downloaded it and got my step brother to play it, i remember him saying 2 years ago that he'd never like this game, now we both have thousands of games, the main reason i play now is i want to be high elo so bad. gonna give it all i got in season 7.
Papa Andrei1 votesYou can do it!! League is a game where experience=skills :) longer you play better you get, because things just become muscle memory. Hope you do great! Though if you want to utterly control a game with duo, try Ranked 3's
