Hi, I have 10,000 ping, but only when I play ranked games. How do I test this without getting punished since I don't lag in normal games? Also I followed all the self help instructions for optimizing, downloaded the hextech repair toolkit, and included all necessary logs to make your lives easier.

Hi Rito here. This sounds like a connection problem. Try downloading the hextech toolkit! Also, make sure you try a custom game to not create a bad experience for other players!
