The "Bar" for each lane/role

So recently I got to thinking as to what each role really is in each lane and how people play around them. And in turn I looked to balancing strategies Riot employed over time I noticed the Renekton Bar for top lane was really a legit thing for a while (neglected now but meh).

I started thinking what would be my champions of choice to have each lane balanced around for and for each role in said lane.

Top : Tank : Bully : Carry My top lane ideal tank is of course , if all of the tanks kinda fit into a similar balance strength of Maokai when it came to other matchups I would be pretty happy. That would include champs like where they could fit into the other roles as well (like shen imo should actually be fairly good at bullying in certain matchups, and nasus scales into a carryish champ)

Bully strong early? check. Falls off for the most part? check. Can lane vs melee and ranged both effectively? check. yeah bullies should fit into a similar style of renekton and be balanced around him. other bullies?

Carry weakish early? check. Scales hard? check. has tools to survive lane and make it into later game? check. like the long lane? check. Yay kayle, yes top lane carry I feel is epitomized as kayle. others?

The rock-paper-scissors of top would then go as > > > which I personally feel is actually rather accurate for those champs as well. with of course some champs not fitting 100% (like kennen is a good bully, or rumble actually does scale well and can carry hard)

Jungle Tank - Carry - Control is my ideal jungle tank, and is my ideal jungle carry, with as the optimal control jg (ironically I play none of the 3 very often)

Mid Mage - Assassin and /

ADC and (caster vs right click)

support tank - utility is really the ideal tank support utility is hard to class though and would probably be the ones I would use as a benchmark for balancing.
