Riven Buff.

Riven is a champ that is one of the most fun to play in the game, but the problem is that shes a top laner. Riven does amazing damage but if you just build armor, she becomes essentially useless untill maybe late game if she goes hybrid. characters like fiora and malzahar have percent true damage in their kit so they can beat almost any tank. I think riven should get a armor penetration buff to her kit, Maybe her ult does 100 percent armor pen or 2-5 percent health per Q in her combo when she ults? maybe her passive gets 50 percent armor pen when she Q's. Somthing to make her fun and viable again!
