It would encourage people to deny people Penta kills. I like.
can it announce when you're the one person on your team alive, and when the timer runs out?
because i think hearing "Enemy Quadra Kill!" followed by "Denied!" would be hilarious.
and because it lets you know when to spam Control+4 while their team is huddled around your fountain.
should be "Reported!" instead of "Betrayal!"

The announcer should get revamped. She legitimately gives me anxiety, the way she says "an enemy is legendary", "enemy pentakill etc etc" actually frustrates me to no end. Fuck me I KNOW THE ENEMY'S FED, I KNOW HE'S 14/0/5, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL ME CONSTANTLY. She just sounds like she's rubbing it in my face with a weird condiscending tone, taunting me every time an enemy that's really far ahead kicks my ass. I lose all will to fight and turn the game around, because I'm getting mocked.
I actually REALLY like this idea. Call them out on it :D
That would negatively impact the game if you ask me. Lots of the time in massive teamfights, I've seen people get quadras and someone else aced. That or they killed someone before the fight.
Honestly, I would love this so much omg. Teaches people to stop being so arrogant, thinking they're the best thing since sliced bread because of something as stupid as a pentakill.

How would it know though? What if you got a quadra kill and died/got pushed away by Alistar or something, and then another dude on your team got the ace. How does it know?
There are so many opportunities riot could do with the announcer. This is one of them.
The other is announcer packs. Different voices basically.
Special lines you hear instead when using certain skins. (Using Dunkmaster, killing an enemy with your ult has the announcer say "An enemy has been dunked!" And everyone hears it.
