Why? If you were lucky enough to get the shard you don't have to spend RP on it anymore if you don't want/can't. Just get some S ratings with other champs to get new chests to get new random skin shards what probably you don't want to use anyways. Then turn them into essence and use that essence to unlock your permanent Ezreal skin. Enjoy. That's how it goes mate ;-)

The skin is just 750 RP quality after all, you don't miss out much.

Source: own all Ezreal skins, and a few are hillariously bad, making them better than that 3250 RP piece of trash.
