There has been talk about how before the year 2015,we will get a double IP weekend and rune-page sale. I was wondering if anyone is aware when that will happen?

Hmm if you could please put a link as to where you heard this or read it that would be nice but if no can that's fine to but as to when or what I have no idea but I hope if it is true it's gonna be real soon and the double ip weekend was for the event recently for those who were wondering gots to have that runes :D
