How to create a Marksman: Give any champions the "50% shared bonus experience" passive

Found these two pictures as I was trying to unsolve the mystery of Mordee's name-tag changing, as the current PBE isn't showing those changes.

Dear Riot, majority of us will not be playing a bot lane Morde anymore. We were requesting for solo lane's Morde to be much more better & proficient, and forcing & pushing us to play him at bot lane instead is definitely not the solution.

I mean look at the following reworks you guys have done:

: A bullshit 1-shot AP half-HP chunking champion into an annoying tanky CC colossus.

: The champion who technically ignores the game whilst focusing this one poor target, into a champion that shouts "FK OFF" with her ult.

And what about Morde?

We requested for him to have CC. We wanted him to have the proper mobility like other Juggernauts.

But nope, you gave him the 3-hit wonder with his Q, a hopeless W active whose's mobility is highly limited, & a W passive which you think it would change our perspective to play him bot instead of top/mid. Like, why would you even thought of that passive in the first place? And you would think he would be a legit "Marksman" champion just because of that. Believe me, by your logic, give that passive to ANY champions will credit them the Marksman tag, be it a Darius, Chogath, or even a fucking Warwick.

Look, I dunno if Riot has already changed their mind about reverting, but if not, please do. I preferred the Metal Man to be seen playing at solo lanes, instead of being pitied into bot because of Morde's current kit.
