The new Ryze is balanced, it just that he is very hard to master with his endless list of combos
^ he is just extremely hard to use considering his ult is useless without the right kind of team comp to use it with(excluding 1 on 1's i just mean team fight-wise), plus his combo list went from 1 set combo, to like 4 combos xD
Id'e like to see the Azir fixes first, i really enjoy the champ, but he just is unplayable sadly, especially against this horrible tank meta... Anything 2 shots him, weither you get a rylais, and a abys and warmogs and barrier, it just doesn't matter, his E only gives a good enough shield for Ignite to NOT kill him, and that's it.
His mana is the issue, he runs out of mana in 3 Q's until he can get a morello or something mana related. So he doesn't get to get built and snowball early because of having to play mana preserve simulator. Where as nearly every other mid laner has either no mana, or enough mana to at least be able to sustain themselves.
I love Azir, but his mana, good lord i just can't take it xD.
