Then we select yes and get paired up with other people who selected yes as well. Then all the idiots can be in their own game and everyone who knows what the hell they're doing can be in their own game as well.
Will save time explaining why there are crystals on the map. Or why there's an icon next to Garen's health bar. Or why Darius' q takes forever to cast. etc etc.
I just call those people ignorant then ignore them. That's one of my biggest annoyances with people in this game. You get information on what's new like 2 weeks before it comes and yet you're still ignorant as to what's changed.
So fucking annoying
If people can't be bothered to quickly read the patch notes while the client is patching, there is little hope for them.
I'll typically just ask if I'm playing a ranked game and supply the relevant details as necessary,
This would actually be a fantastic implementation, saves us a lot of time from having to explain to people who didn't bother reading the patch notes what's new. Have my upvote :D

Just had another game with a skarner on our team who pinged the crystals and asked wtf they were and what they give.
Then I believe he continued to wreck. But we still need this popup.
