Cmon Rito... It's gone on long enough, and isn't funny anymore...

Getting real tired of anyone with AD in their kit of any kind, building this and instantly 2 shotting people.

Absolutely EVERYONE is building this item, it's now core due to it being so incredibly strong.... Needs to be tuned down a little bit on that initial hit it grants.

I mean this is worse than that Ekko Lich Bane 1 shot that went on for a while lmao, I mean SION fuckin one shots people now. What a joke!

Hotfixed? When? Yesterday random Rengars did oneshot our adc without any possibility of counterplay.
