Imo there should be a report option for someone to is refusing to cooperate with the team.

There is a report function for Refusing to Communicate with the Team, which states: Applies to any player that refuses to use chat or pings.

There is also a report function for Leaving the Game/AFK, which states: This includes logging out or exiting the game before a match ends or stand idle for long periods of time or refuse to participate in the match at all.

But often, I come across things that should be reportable, but don't quite fit either of these categories. For example, I have seen many times where people are refusing to gank someone because of a grudge developed through chat, or refusing to give mid blue without any excusable or logical reasoning, or an adc/support that refuses to play in bot lane because of a hate for his/her support/adc and will try to forcefully take over another lane, stealing farm and xp from that laner and leaving bot in a 1v2. Usually they are fairly toxic while doing these things, but it doesn't seem right that I can only report them for toxicity, especially when sometimes they actually aren't that toxic and are reacting to the stress of being heckled all game by someone else.

If Refusing to Communicate with the Team was slightly altered to Refusing to Communicate/Cooperate with the Team, or if some other section was added/altered, that would solve this problem.

Refusing to give mid blue? Uhm, does your mid lane give mid CS to jungler? Blue is jungler's. Be happy if he decides to let you have it.

Ganks are optional. Sometimes it's more important for a jungler to get themselves ahead for the team fight phase, or perhaps it is best for the team if they ignore one lane in favor of the other two. Either way this is up to the jungler and no one else.

Giving buffs to laners is optional. Even if your jungler is resourceless the buffs give much needed experience and gold that can keep them from falling off, particularly if there have been issues with counterjungling. This is fully up to the jungler and no one else.

Listening to your team when they demand you do something you do not want or are not comfortable doing is optional. If this one is not self explanatory I'm not sure I can actually have a conversation with you that would result in anything productive.

Teamwork means working with your team members, and that not only means you should not demand anything from your team, it also means if someone is unwilling to play the way you want you should adjust to fit their play style. Should you cave in and let them run the show? No, but if you're calling to group up when your ADC wants to hold top/bot in an attempt to catch back up you should let them do so.

Now, if your team member is doing things that are so uncooperative that they are detrimental to your team you can use the Assisting Enemy Team report option. The situation you described, however, is not reportable unless they were toxic in chat.
