Store STILL not working

Store keeps timing out or giving me a black screen. I have to close league and restart it several times and once maybe every 4 or 5 times it'll work. Running as administrator has mixed results, helps little if at all. Way too much difficulty just to buy a champ every now and then.

Riot has remained silent on a myriad of issues such as the Store glitches for some time now. Just check out the Help&Support forum with the repeated problems that many are experiencing but no answers forthcoming.
