Please add a report option to pre-game lobbies

In my last lobby, two people called mid. One (the second one to call mid) picked urgot, and i asked if he was going to adc.

He said yes, then started saying a racial epithet (splitting it into several lines -- so it wouldn't get caught by any automatic system, i presume).

I dodged the queue (i was going to be playing his support otherwise), which i suppose is just what he wanted. Now he can queue again and try to say 'mid' faster, while i have 5 minutes to burn.
