QUICK Kassadin or Anivia?

Thanks to a beautiful S i finally got on singed, i opened a hextech chest to find the last champion shard i need. So kassadin or anivia? or should i re roll it with my other champion shard, jayce, to a random one?

Anivia is one of the best champions in the game at the moment.

I'd not complete shards into 3150 or less Champions. If you buy all champions 3150 and lower, I am personally waiting for that until I start rring the 3 shards thing so I'm guaranteed a 4800+... then when I'm done with 4800, i'm going to buy shards 3 at a time to get a 6300 for only 5100
