Many times I have been in games where people are on tilt, do stupid stuff and decide to afk.

We shouldn't have to sit through these games.

Riot, you need to make it so that it either counts as a loss prevention, or allow us to leave and not have it count.

There should be no reason why our loss should be the result of someone who decided to leave.

Yeah, before riot said that it could be exploited, like flaming, threatening to report the gut that had a bad game if he don't leave, ...Now, they can easily detect false reports with their automated system. So i think they can work on that problem now.
