How to handle bad plays that turn into worse plays, with bad teammates

As the title suggests, I am in need of help in dealing with, teammates in general who do stupid shit and throw the game practically in 1 shot. I just had the worst throw I have ever experienced and the game was already over at 3 minutes, but lasted 20 minutes and only got worse,

Lee sin tries to jungle steal at level 1, get's owned and runs to mid where annie q's him for FB, then our mid get's owned by annie fb and 2-0 annie Lee sin then goes gank at level 1 bottom and the jungle who owned him is there 0-2 lee sin now, and bot get's owned 5-0 now for enemy team, lee sin still level 1, goes to golems and enemy support roams and pushes him off and he has to back, now there support goes back and they kill bot 7-0. Now this is what I described but by the time I afk'd it was 1-19.

How do you cope with this I was not raging I just simple afk'd out of frustration of this troll, someone teach me how to not afk cause I really hate spending 20 minutes when I know it's a loss, and yes I know you can still always win but not worth trying so hard when others are not either.

and I did mute everyone already before the game started. What else can I do to help alleviate this I don't want to leave games but I have a job and limited time I don't want to be forced to play for 20 minutes when it's 1-19 13 minutes in.
