Program? Not Project? Hold up, I'm confused...? So is Program a new thing?
Looking at the two champs given the Program skins I think it is the mecha themed skin line for mage-like champions but I could be wrong.
I'm confused if I should get program soraka or not. The skin looks gorgeous but I already have reaper.
