Leblanc is still good.
Leblanc also has the 2nd highest play rate. She also ranks 38/48 mid laners for average games played by her playerbase. What this means is that people play Leblanc just for the hell of it, without having a clue how to play her. Her winrate jumps up with amount of games played with her. Here's a hint: learn to read past the winrate number. If you can't, then don't make comments on it. Obviously she is strong if she gets LCS attention. Her winrate only dropped this past patch, I don't really think you can put that in a category with Urgot or Elise.
Of course, you probably know every single thing I've said and you are just looking to circle jerk for popularity and "lifetime upvotes".
