People always say Riot is stealing all our money from server lags and whatsoever

Players on PMS: Omg fking hate Riot!! Already in my promos and they lag the shiet out of me. Why did i waste my money on this company for?/ Might as well move to Dota2 instead. Goddamn it Riot, REFUND MY MONEY AT ONCE!!! IF YOU DON'T, I'LL SUE YOU FOR IT!!

Meanwhile, the other half of stupid players in their pms buying Darius, Yasuo & Caitlyn just for their Dunkmaster/Project/Headhunter skin, sucks at it, and was never touched again.

Explain this stupidity please? -_-
