Only if he gets there in 3 seconds, and at that point the recall timer is 8 seconds. You would be dead either way

I can probably back in time for the next wave already, since we're talking about very early in the game or else I wouldn't have killed him with only 1 HP left, due to my snowballing from all the kills and minionwaves I get during the early game.
