Is there a way to see a previous summoner name under my account?

I used to religiously main back in the beginning of Season 5 and I remember getting a summoner name change to match it. It's been a while and I don't remember it now, is there a way to see all my previous names?

I think you can send a ticket into support and ask them and they'll provide your name change history. I believe I saw someone who went by the name Raw post about his/her 13 name changes or so.
