Backing Up Item Sets

So a few weeks ago I went through the champions that I play regularly, I made them all Champion Specific Item sets, Including sets for different roles, and different enemy team compositions, I spent a good 2 or 3 hours composing Item sets with Starting Item Options, Core Build, Offensive and Defensive Options, Consumables, and even options based on if I was behind or ahead.

Well I just found out that they're all gone. All of them. Poof.

After a few minutes of digging, I found that you can back up your Item sets! You know it takes 12 steps.... 8 folders... a custom navigation thread... and a copy and a paste. (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752904-Item-Sets-#h4q1)

Riot can you PLEASE make an easier way of backing up Item Sets, or at least put this page in the item sets tab so we KNOW its a thing that can be done. Just searching the Boards I can see that 6 people have lost their Item sets, and only 1 knows that you can even back it up! Please put this information out in the open instead of buried in the pages of riot support, or give us another option to more easily back our sets up.
