I got Underworld Twisted Fate because he looked cool, but I will be reminded everytime I choose a skin when I play TF... That Riot thanked me for being positive :D
Plus High Noon looks cool too!

I got Hextech Singed. My third Singed skin now, and I've not paid for any of them. I got Riot Singed from a skin code and surfer singed in another mystery gift.
But hey, I've no problem with having multiple skins on a champ. It lets me change it up now and again. For instance, I have every Teemo skin, and I do make use of them all.
