How do you get out of Silver 2? When:

When your whole team begs your top laner not to pick heimer against poppy, he then locks in heimer and states "if we lose it's not my fault". Other lanes were going decent, couple good ganks, and counter jungles, and then heimer dies 4 times, loses both turrets, and is behind by about 50 or 60 cs not to mention 2 levels behind everyone else. He then states " i not losing" like he doesn't even speak proper English, or is just a blatant ass troll. I didn't realize losing both turrets, dying 4 times, being behind in levels and cs is WINNING, guess iv'e been playing wrong.

Well, the enemy team realizes he is easy gold at this point and just farm his ass, so poppy is now unkillable, the leblanc gets fed off of him and our adc who would just stand there like a bot auto-ing not even using abilities..... So at this point there is nothing our mid, or support, or me as jungle could do, 2 feeders who are completely oblivious to every ping, and objective there is. Walked past wards without giving a flying fuck.

I believe Silver 2 must be full of pitiful bots, because iv'e been getting nothing but these kinds of players for a few days now. I will win a match, then lose, then win, then lose etc, the cycle continues, never going above 60 LP because of it. Or worse, lose lose lose lose and start all over at 0 LP again for probably the third time now all thanks to these kinds of players i keep getting with my god forsaken miserable luck. Why can't i be matched WITH these trios and crap, instead of having to go against them all the time.... Or at the very least, could i get more than 1 team mate who knows how to wipe their ass properly?

^is this what they call "elo hell" ? because it sure as heck seems like hell at this point. And i know what you are thinking, "you could still win even if it is a 4vs5" Bullshit, not when the entire enemy team knows how to play, and know that your team has one or more useless players and they actually play as a team. Ugh.... I mean again, i know what you are thinking, "this was just one match, what about the others", well, the same damn thing, just different champ, different lane, same old useless players and trolls and afks.

And thanks to dynamic queue, you get even more punished if you are a solo queue player, you go against trios of gold 1 voice chat people, and then another duo on top of that in gold V, against my completely random team of solo queue players. I would love to play with my friends all the time, but we have separate schedules, so it's really hard to constantly try to rank up with them.

As the guys stated in the Q&A the other day, "we are aware of the solo queue situation, and we understand that it is unacceptable that we have been radio silent, we apologize for that and will address it in the future". When is that? I Would like to be able to solo queue and expect a fair match not ruled by complete voice communication.... And sometime this month preferably, not 3 or 4 months down the line. Excuse me for saying this, but, why do i get a trump feeling when they say that? "we are going to fix it, but we wont tell you how, or when, or anything in between"

But yeah, if silver 2 is this bad, i cant imagine what bronze is like, iv'e heard it's even worse so i feel for them.
