It's been at least 70 games since I've got a single key fragment. I'm not restricted from loot, or anything. I understand it's supposed to be random, but why does it feel like it's been at a .01% drop rate recently?
yea i've played about 30 games past couple of days, so maybe 15 wins, and only got 4 keys fragments, coulda gotten like 6-7 crates by now with all the S's, plus i play with a premade most times
People do not realize Rito tricked us. This was a new member grab, you really think they are going to drop a key quickly lol they wouldn't get any money. That is why they added the pay option on (FREE) key drop that (DOES NOT DROP) HMMMMM anyone getting it.
Rito - If we make the drop rate low low low they will buy keys. Really people when did we as a gaming community go blind.
Try to play with someone else - invite party. I've played with couple friends and ever since I'm getting more key fragments.

ARAM and Twisted Treeline were bugged at the moment so they will not drop keys. Also, only game wins count, I'm currently not doing well and am maybe winning 40% of my games. I am not getting very many key fragments (I have every single chest though :))

By the way i have over 50 wins in ARAM from the time the patch dropped not one key.
