Vote Kick in pre-game lobbies

We all know how annoying it is when you get a guy that does not respect pick order, or goes "I troll" or some stupid thing like that. And the sad reality is, when you are in pre-game lobby and read that in chat, it's already too late. You can either waste up to an hour of your hard-earned free time by going in game and getting smashed by the people that guy fed, or you can dodge the game and get a penalty YOURSELF, and the guy will just queue back in and ruin someone else's day.

I say we should have this: people in the lobby can vote to force the offender to dodge AND get the queue timer penalty too. This way, people would have to either stop being jerks and ruining other people's fun, or be kicked and not be able to play.

And I know you'll say "this could be abused", so I think it could be like premades only have one vote and can't bully people out of the lobby. (I play a lot of duo premade, but agree that premades that bully other people should not get away with that).

And for more abuse protection you could make this like ARAM rerolls, where to call a vote you have to play a certain amount of games, determined by the statistical probability of trolls.

And last, people say "what about non meta picks"; I honestly don't see many people complaining about the non-meta picks so I don't think you'd get kicked for it. At the same time, if you want to do something completely stupid, you are free to experiment, but that doesn't mean that 4 other people should waste their limited free time so you could try Soraka jungle. Basically I think if you respect other's time by not picking something overly stupid, they will probably respect your experimenting.

The vote would obviously require 4 out of 5 votes, like the surrender vote.

Sorry if the post was a bit lenghty, but I feel like this is a kind of important matter and Riot should start seriously considering this, as it would allow the community to establish good behaviour standards and enforce them, like the whole Tribunal concept that they want to put in place. Thanks for reading and I hope this gets considered and hopefully put in place by Riot one day, so we can all have a better game environment for everyone.

Suggested many times but shot down by Riot due to non meta picks.

Though I agree if you don't pick the best champions in ranked you're missing the point of a competitive game mode.

I doubt Riot would do due to non-meta picks. Solution? TEAM-BUILDER... DRAFT! Pick a lane and get put as that lane within the game, all players are randomly ordered(as per usual), and whammo you gots your favorite lane for your favorite champ(s) and nobody gets mad. Unless of course somebody trolls for the heck of it.

I was accused of trolling as Shaco supp. and had 3 people try to report me.

People will try to kick if it doesn't suit them. Fuck, if you pick Bard and you adc hate him, looks like your going to get kicked.

Been there, done that, ended up 3/2/14. Probably because I wasn't a total idiot and practiced before going to pvp with it, which I believe is the sentiment you're referring to. People do silly things blind without thinking of how it could work.
