I love this idea, it was promised a decade ago, but there's a problem:

  1. Girls will be harassed through boys being completely idiotic.
  2. How would we have proof of them being toxic?

I think if there is one person at RIOT with a shred of common sense then it won't happen but then again the AFK/DC problem is only getting worse and they still have LPQ instead of bans for that.

People who don't use voice chat of any kind won't use in game voice chat either.

People who use voice chat will continue to use that resource because chances are it's better.

It's a waste of time and resources for RIOT.

Like I said they need to listen to that one person that works there with common sense.
