petition for 3 refunds per $1000 spent on Riot Points.

By 1000$ spent, I doubt most people will have a whole lot they want to refund. Refunds are best used early on when you don't know better.

i haven't used any (maybe 1) of my original refunds but I've speant about 200$ on league and I mean...

#1 I personally would never spend that much money on a game where the community is so bad where innocent accounts can be banned with the click of a mouse from a couple of trolls.

#2 there are ways to get 'free' rp...(check out the program called bing rewards, you basically earn pts by searching through bing search engine, redeem a $5 burgerking gift card, and redeem the code they send you through your e-mail on league, its 1 free skin per 3 weeks)

#3 I've heard that Riot will reward small amounts of RP for fan made are

#4 If a player were to spend that much on league. It would greatly increase Riots revenue and if they were to have refunds, it would almost defeat the purpose considering the other many ways you can get rp without actually spending hard earned money.

#5 Your assumption is completely fair and accurate in my opinion...It just seems irrational considering.

$1000? How many skins does a person need?

I think one refund credit per $100 spent, or three credits per year.
