There is 1 answer to both levels of people.
Claiming a champion is OP is useless and cripples your opportunity for improvement. Nothing is perfectly balanced. Real life generals who lead real humans into life or death situations would be envious of how fair your battle is when compared to theirs. Even if it's not "X is OP", even in your case of, "I hate X" (usually paired together honestly) it's pointless, you learn nothing. Here's a list of things you're NOT entitled to in League of Legends:
-Being able to stomp lane
-Being able to go even in lane
-Being able to CS without being hurt
-Not getting ganked
-Receive ganks
-Kill your lane opponent
-Apply more pressure than your lane opponent at face value
Here is what you ARE entitled to:
-An opportunity to learn and adjust your gameplay in the most reasonable, logical, and mathematically superior approach in order to maximize how effective you can be.
In other words, stop bitching, and learn to play from behind. Learn to play against impossible matchups. Learn to learn. Once you are able to learn, you will climb elo at rocket-like speeds.
