This is NOT an oppressive item path that's known to do damage. Just because it's got a sheen proc and Runic Echo's, doesn't make this a damage build. I'm tired of seeing these stupid ass comments on the threads I make, stating "oh that's not a tank build, there's a Runic Echos in it.

I wasn't telling you that it's damage build. I told you that it's bruiser build which means that it's used for both tankiness and damage. You got shit on by burst oriented bruiser whose build added him like 350 free bonus damage amplified by 10% due to Abyssal Mask on top of his high base damage. You were Veigar aka. one of the squishiest champions in the game, you didn't bother about dodging skillshots or positioning or defensive usage of your CC and you got punished for that.
