It's simple. Just list out the troubling hates that makes you wanted to rage the fk up & blow your own top off. Lists like AFKs, toxicity & trolls are excluded.
Example, the one thing that pisses me off is enemy 
taking all my jungle camps & shuts me down in my own jungle.
When my team goes 4 mid then dies and tries to blame me as if its my fault that they ran to their deaths.
Teammates that go 0-5-1 in the first 14 mins of the game.
(Man, I can't wait to play top gnar!)
