And if you MANAGE to take a camp he says, "Who took my jungle?". Its fine Nunu I didn't want to have fun or play jungle anyway, you can have both jungles.

The main objective in any jungle Nunu game is to make the enemy jungler just as useless as Nunu is.
When the enemy Jg'er tries to steal your JG it essentially becomes a dick-measuring contest...
Winning lane is one thing, but having one asshole taking both jungles is just wiping your unwashed ballsack all over their faces.

The thing most people don't realize is that if you leave the little monsters he leave when he counter jungles, he'll actually end up counterjungling himself in the long run, since he'll come back through to clear out your camps while you're ganking and find you already left them the way they were. Then, since he took poacher's, just start invading his camps and you can pretty effectively counter jungle him right back with all the mind games.
If you want to see proof of how it works, there was a C9 LCS match a few weeks back where Hai took Nunu with Paochers and then got shot down by the enemy jungler just forgetting the camps entirely and hard core pressuring lanes.
