well i reported a guy 3 games in a row who was being a toxic asshole and cussing out the whole team...he did not get banned. then i reported another toxic asshole who was being racist on top of flaming....not banned like yeah people sometimes get banned but that takes way to long.

From my personal experience, you can get a flamer banned pretty easily; but feeders that don't say anything (not talking about people having a bad game, but instead true blatant feeders) usually go unpunished for a long time. I can't blame RIOT though, it's not easy to detect those things without human intervention, and I prefer an intentional feeder going unpunished than a legit person in a bad streak getting banned.

The worst are the ones who seem innocent. Had a game where the Shaco junglers didn't grab smite and went duo top with me vs a garen and Darius.

At first I was like, Ok, let's do it". But every time he said he'd engage, he didn't engage and I'd die. Then he blamed me for feeding. Then he ran from every team fight without contributing. He didn't even split push. He just kept blaming me.

This was back when I tried to be positive in league. I still am, but I'm more likely to tell people to fuck off before the 20 minute mark if they are screwing with me.

Said person needs to speak up for himself and defend himself if this is the case. We can't know the actual intent of the comment unless the person whom posted it tells us, thus relieving any doubt or uncertainties.

muting someone dose not stop them from feeding, following you around taking camps/cs, giving away positioning, and other troll crap. and yeah you can report it but unless riot watches the game (they dont) its super hard to prove who's trolling versus who's having a bad game.
