That's scary, to think that a champ that can barley clear the jungle is doing so well with the preseason changes that his winrate is almost 60% even though he is weaker than he was last patch
You do also realize that he has a ridiculously low pick rate as well? Meaning that probably only people who Main Rammus are playing him in the majority as well as all the "bad" adc players who are only playing to test the changes are going to of course be countered by Rammus and not know how to build around him.
