they aren't meant to be converted in the first place. the only reason you can and should is if you have some left over.
Do you see the Worlds 2018 section in the Hextech Crafting tab? The one that's in that picture?
They aren't meant to be turned into blue essence, they're meant to purchase Worlds related items, hence the name "Worlds Tokens" You know what is meant to be turned into Blue Essence? All those champion shards you have, the 8 level capsules, the 1 glorious capsule, the honor orbs, the champion token you have, the orbs you've bought, even those 54 keys can be turned into essence through earning/purchasing crates.
I have no idea what you're trying to say with this post.
