Seeing this always makes me sad. George Lucas is great at coming up with a story, but not at directing it. Hayden Christensen is great at acting but everyone would look like an ape trying to deliver these kind of lines.

Just so much wasted potential, the prequels could have been amazing.

I kinda liked the prequels, their story and even delivery of the political plot, but the "love" story was so sated with cringe it was unbearable. The worst thing is these scenes were interrupting actually good plot-shifting scenes, so I just waited until they stop with their shit so we can get back to the interesting story.
