There is A LOT of speculation but no confirmation about it. It's possible they're "sisters" at a more figurative way. They come from the same gang, that's kinda obvious, but there is nothing to uphold a biological connection between them.

I actually like Jinx Vs. Gaige alot better (and Tina Vs. Annie), but these two match up better personality wise there's another drawing of them together but i can't seem to find it.
